Haris Nadeem's work experience includes various roles in different companies. In 2018, they worked as an intern at the Admissions office of Forman Christian College. In 2019, they were an internee at the Pakistan Council of Scientific and Industrial Research. In 2020, they served as a Research and Development Officer at Neutro Pharma. From July 2021 to November 2021, Haris worked as a Clinical Research Associate at DRK Pharma Solutions GmbH. Haris then transitioned to the role of MTO Business Development until June 2022 in the same company. Currently, since June 2022, they are a Business Development Specialist at Formulatrix.

Haris Nadeem earned a Bachelor's degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General from Forman Christian College (A Chartered University) between 2016 and 2020.
