Paige Hsia has a diverse work experience. In 2019, they worked as a Graduate Student and Events Assistant at George Mason University. Paige then joined CrowdDoing in 2020 as a Data Scientist, where they collaborated with multiple teams, created a SQL database for wildfire data, and predicted forest fire occurrence with 91% accuracy using a Random Forest model. Paige further expanded their skills by working as an HR Data Specialist and SQL Database Engineer at Giti Tire Manufacturing (USA) Ltd. From 2023, they will be joining Formosa Plastics Corporation, U.S.A. as a System Analyst.

Paige Hsia attended George Mason University from 2019 to 2020, majoring in Data Analytics Engineering. During their time there, they did not obtain a degree. In addition to their formal education, Paige Hsia obtained several certifications. In September 2020, they completed the "Python for Data Science and AI" course offered by Coursera. In August 2020, they completed the "Data Science Orientation" and "Getting Started in Google Analytics" courses, also provided by Coursera. Furthermore, Paige Hsia obtained various certifications from LinkedIn, including "Effective Listening" in June 2020, "Handling Workplace Change as an Employee" in May 2020, "Being an Effective Team Member" in April 2020, "Conflict Resolution Foundations" in April 2020, "Creating Positive Conversations with Challenging Customers" in April 2020, and "Critical Thinking" in April 2020.
