Hugo Gonzalez has a strong background in the chemical industry with experience ranging from laboratory work to process engineering. Hugo began their career in 2010 as a Laboratory Technician at Inspectorate America Corp and later worked as a Chemical Technician at Camin Cargo Control Inc, where they were responsible for characterizing chemicals and training new employees. In 2012, they joined TECH 2000 Services & Staffing, Inc as a Chemical Analyst, performing chemical characterization and monitoring quality in plant regeneration and sulfating processes. Hugo then worked at CAT Spec LTD as a Tech B, before joining CCR Technologies in 2019 as a Process Operator.
Most recently, in 2023, Hugo joined Formosa Plastics Corporation, U.S.A as a Process Engineer II. Throughout their career, Hugo has demonstrated expertise in chemical analysis, process operations, and engineering.

From 2008 to 2010, Hugo attended Texas State Technical College and obtained an Associates of Applied Science degree in Chemical & Environmental Technology.
In 2014, Hugo enrolled in Texas State Technical College again and achieved two associates degrees - one in Mathematics and another in Physics. Hugo completed these degrees in 2016.
Moving forward, from 2015 to 2017, Hugo pursued their Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering at Texas A&M University-Kingsville.
Subsequently, Hugo went on to pursue a Masters of Science degree in Industrial Engineering at Texas A&M University-Kingsville from 2020 to 2023.
During their academic journey, Hugo Gonzalez also obtained a certification in Engineering Project Management from Texas A&M University-Kingsville in May 2022.
