Dan Echternkamp has a long and varied work experience, beginning with a Manager in Training role at In-N-Out Burger in 1998. Dan then moved on to Kamp's Custom Carpentry in 2004, where they served as CFO. From 2011 to 2016, they were employed at Hoosier Inc., first as Director of Sales and then as Business Development Manager. In 2016, they joined Aerofied as Director of Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Development. In 2020, they moved to CHawk Technology Int'l as Global Sales Director - Aerospace and Medical. Dan then joined Micor Industries LLC in 2018 as Vice President of Sales, and most recently in 2021 they became Director of Sales for Formlogic (formerly Subscale). In 2017, they also served as Principal Investor at Playful Paws Cage Free.

Dan Echternkamp attended San Diego State University from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a degree in Accounting. Prior to that, they attended COHS from 1996 to 2000.
