Tiago Luchini has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Tiago is currently serving as the CTO and Co-founder at Formic Labs since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Odeko from 2021 to 2022, where they successfully transformed the engineering organization and built a talented team of software, data, QA, and DevOps engineers. Tiago also introduced effective hiring, productivity, and observability processes.

Before joining Odeko, Tiago worked as the Head of Digital Transformation at Viasat Inc. from 2019 to 2021. Tiago played a key role in driving digital transformation within the company. From 2013 to 2019, they served as a Partner, Technology at Work & Co, where they ramped up a global team of engineers, product managers, and strategists. Tiago was responsible for defining the technical strategy, vision, processes, and team culture.

Tiago also has experience as a Startup Founder at Hintfy from 2012 to 2013, a Technology Strategist at Digitalist Group Plc from 2006 to 2013, and a Guest Lecturer at FIAP from 2005 to 2006. Tiago began their career as the Head of Software Production at BDK Solutions from 2003 to 2006. Prior to that, they served as the Managing Director at St. Paul's School from 1996 to 2003.

Tiago Luchini has a diverse education history. Tiago began their education journey by completing a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science at Centro Federal de Educacão Tecnológica de São Paulo from 1994 to 1998. Tiago then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie from 1998 to 2001. To further enhance their knowledge and skills, they completed a post-graduation in Strategic Management of Information Systems at Universidade Estadual de Campinas in 2002. Later on, from 2013 to 2015, they pursued two executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) degrees, one from Columbia Business School and the other from London Business School. Overall, Tiago Luchini's educational background showcases a strong foundation in computer science and business administration, complemented by specialized training in information systems and executive business management.
