Freddy Dermawan has a diverse work experience in various industries and roles. Freddy currently holds the position of Snr Principal Metrology Process Engineer at FormFactor Inc. since June 2021. Prior to that, they served as Lead Metrology Engineer at GE Power from June 2019 to April 2022. Freddy also worked at Rolls-Royce as a Manufacturing Measurement Lead from June 2015 to April 2022. Before that, they were a Manufacturing Engineer at Rolls-Royce Pte. Ltd from May 2011 to May 2015, where they were responsible for the Metrology process of the Fan Blade manufacturing line. Freddy played a key role in the transfer and startup program of the manufacturing line. From October 2010 to May 2011, they worked at Hewlett-Packard Singapore Pte. Ltd as a Customer Assurance representative, focusing on new process integration, quality analysis, and customer warranty analysis for Large Format Printer systems. In 2009, Freddy served as a Senior Process Engineer at Form Factor Singapore Pte. Ltd, where they were responsible for the Metrology process of the Probe head production line and played a role in the transfer program. Freddy also worked on yield improvement projects. From April 2007 to October 2009, they worked as a Process Engineer at Hewlett-Packard Singapore Pte. Ltd, responsible for Plasma cleaning process and CMM audit tool in inkjet print head production lines, as well as Laser ablation tool for Half Inch product. Freddy implemented a CMM stability improvement project during this role. Freddy's earlier experience includes working as an Application (Mechanical) Engineer at Trakindo Utama Services(S) Pte Ltd from August 2006 to April 2007.

Freddy Dermawan holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National University of Singapore, which they obtained from 2003 to 2006. Prior to that, they pursued a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Singapore Polytechnic from 1999 to 2002. Information about their education before these periods is not provided.
