Jessica (Jesse) Schimpff, SPHR, is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience across various industries. As the VP of Global Talent at Formerra since July 2023, Jessica collaborates with the CHRO and HR team to shape global HR strategies post-acquisition. Previously served as an Independent HR Consultant providing a diverse range of services from talent strategy to employee relations from 2011 to 2023. Held leadership roles at Grubhub and FreshRealm, focusing on talent planning and People & Culture strategy. Jessica's experience also includes building HR functions at Hilco Global and contributing to Learning & Development at Baker McKenzie. Jessica holds a Master's degree in Human Resources & Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor's in Psychology from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
