Lauren Carr is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in HR management and administration. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Job Shield since March 2024, Lauren previously held the same title at Corex Solutions from March 2023 to March 2024. Prior experience includes the role of Human Resources Specialist at Datamart from July 2019 to March 2023, and a Carrier Procurement Representative position at Yum! Restaurants International from February 2017 to July 2019. Lauren began a career in human resources as an HR Assistant at Shell from March 2015 to February 2017. Lauren holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management from Kwantlen Polytechnic University, earned between 2008 and 2013.
