Melinda Crowley Holler has a diverse work experience in various companies. Starting in 2004, they worked as an Associate News Programming Manager at America Online, where they played a crucial role in publishing a balanced daily news lineup and managing news coverage during significant events like the Iraq War and Hurricane Katrina. From 2006 to 2008, they served as a Service Management Analyst and Inventory Analyst at Accenture, supporting the Defense Logistics Agency's SAP Business Systems Modernization Project.

In 2008, Melinda joined MorganFranklin Consulting as a Communications and Editorial Manager and later became a Content Marketing Manager. Melinda managed marketing and thought leadership projects, liaised with senior executives, and wrote and edited various marketing materials, including articles, white papers, press releases, and presentations. Melinda also served as the editor in chief of The Shield quarterly magazine and developed complex marketing campaigns.
