Aileen Ro, MAT, is a UX Designer at Formative since March 2022, with a prior background in education as a Science Teacher at Pacific Trails Middle School from March 2020 to June 2021, where adaptations to the curriculum were made to serve 130+ students during the COVID-19 pandemic. Aileen also served as an ASB Advisor, leading a student government program and fostering a positive school culture amid challenging circumstances. Additional experience includes roles as a Student Teacher at Rosemont Middle School and Burbank High School. Aileen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Wellesley College and a Master of Teaching from the University of Southern California.
