Sofia Molina has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and responsibilities. Sofia began their career as a Student Library Assistant at Rutgers University–New Brunswick, where they oversaw opening and closing procedures and served as the primary point of contact for visitors. In 2021, Sofia joined Capgemini as a Software Engineer, where they served as a BA/TPM for a large engineering team, coordinating execution across multiple sprints and ensuring on-time completion of interface migration projects. Sofia also implemented and maintained documentation and user stories workflow to support feature development. Sofia's most recent role was as a Full Stack Engineering Fellow at Formation, starting in 2023.

Sofia Molina pursued their Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Rutgers University–New Brunswick in the years 2015 to 2021. Additionally, they obtained the certification of Oracle Certified Associate, Java SE 8 Programmer from Oracle in October 2021.
