Melony Hypes

Director of Technical Support Services at FormAssembly

Melony Hypes has a wealth of experience in customer support, customer care, and business partnerships. Melony has been in the workforce since 2006, beginning with a role as Business Partnerships Associate at the Food Bank For New York City. Melony then moved to BatchBlue Software in 2009, where they served as Director Customer Experience, training, mentoring, and managing a team of customer care and success agents, providing team and company performance updates, and performing market and industry research. In 2016, Melony co-founded Hypes Media, LLC, managing all aspects of operations, coordinating resources among projects, purchasing and billing, and coordinating all travel, financial, and marketing efforts. Most recently, Melony has been working at FormAssembly since 2019, first as Director of Technical Support Services and then as Manager of Customer Support.

Melony Hypes attended Northwestern State University.
