Gena K. Harris has extensive experience in customer experience and sales management within the furniture industry. Currently serving as Customer Experience and Quality Manager and Design Support Manager at FORMASPACE since September 2022, Gena previously held multiple roles at ERG International from February 2013 to September 2022, including Quoting Manager and Sales Coordinator. Responsibilities included tracking sales, training representatives, maintaining customer relations, and managing projects from quote to order. Prior to this, Gena was the Regional Sales Manager at B Nevins Ltd, overseeing 26 sales representatives and managing sales goals, customer relations, and project coordination. Gena's career also includes roles at Germania Insurance as a Records Clerk and at Appliance Store as a Sales Assistant/Service/Installation Coordinator.
