Cliff Allen is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in people operations and recruitment. Currently serving as a Senior People Operations Business Partner at Form Energy since May 2023, Cliff supports the Technology Team. In addition to this role, Cliff operates as an Account Executive and Referral Partner at Lynk Technology Holdings, which focuses on virtual events for organizational networking. Previously, Cliff worked as a Senior HR Business Partner at Spectrum Health, advising on homecare and rehabilitation services, and held various HR positions within Spectrum Health Lakeland, focusing on strategic partnerships and recruitment across multiple domains.
