Sharhonda M. Woods has held various leadership roles in the nonprofit sector and academia, with experience ranging from operations management to development and community liaison work. With an educational background in Criminal Justice and Human Resources Management, Sharhonda currently serves as the Chief People Officer at ForKids, inc. and has previously held roles such as Vice President of Development at the National MS Society and Senior Director of Resource Development at the United Way of Tucson and Southern Arizona. Prior to their nonprofit work, Sharhonda served as Captain in Logistics in the United States Air Force.
