Lucas Ray, CPA has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Lucas began their career as an Audit Intern at McGladrey in 2010. Lucas later joined Northern Illinois University as a Cost Accounting GA in 2011 before transitioning to McGladrey as an Assurance Senior. In 2013, Lucas became a Financial Analyst at McMaster-Carr. In 2014, they joined DHJJ (DiGiovine, Hnilo, Jordan + Johnson Ltd.) as a Senior Associate and eventually became a Manager. Lucas is currently the Controller at Forge Resources Group, and starting in December 2023, they will serve as their Chief Financial Officer.

Lucas Ray, CPA, completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting from Northern Illinois University in 2010. Lucas then pursued and obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Accounting from the same institution in 2011. In terms of additional certifications, Lucas has completed various professional development programs at the Wisconsin School of Business Center for Professional & Executive Development, including Advanced Management and Leadership Certificate, Effective Meeting Management and Facilitation, Coaching and Motivating in the Workplace, Effective Negotiations in the Workplace, How To Influence Without Direct Authority, Business Process Improvement Using Lean Six Sigma and Performance Metrics, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certificate, and Business Acumen and Strategy.
