Justin Plate has worked as a Partner/Director of Operations at TDT CPAs and Advisors, P.C. since 1999. In 2022, they will begin working as the Chief Operating Officer at Forge Financial and Management Consulting.

Justin Plate attended AIB College of Business from 1997 to 1999, earning an AB in Accounting. Justin then attended Graceland University from 1999 to 2001, obtaining a BA in the same field.
