Lee Panter currently holds the position of Quality Control Manager at Forge Biologics, where responsibilities include overseeing quality control processes. Previously, Lee served as a Scientist I at Abeona Therapeutics, focusing on cell cultures and protein quantification methods. Lee has extensive experience from Frontage Laboratories, where management of bioanalytical studies and training of scientists in best practices were key roles. Early career work included developing environmental studies as an Associate Scientist at Ricerca Biosciences and conducting environmental sampling at Boehringer Ingelheim. Lee earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Cleveland State University.
