Rob Kiers serves as the Chief Operating Officer at ForFarmers since February 2021, overseeing multiple Operating Companies in Poland, the UK, and The Netherlands, while also leading Strategy, Transformation, and M&A initiatives. Kiers has been an integral member of the Executive Board. Prior to ForFarmers, Kiers worked at Nutreco from February 2008 to February 2021, where responsibilities included serving as Managing Director for both Skretting Asia and Nutreco Africa, managing various international operations, and driving significant business development and acquisitions across multiple countries. Kiers’ career began at Finext as a consultant, contributing to key projects in business control and finance. Kiers holds a Master’s degree in International Management from Radboud University and a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management from Christelijke Hogeschool Nederland.
