Matthew Passingham currently serves as the Head of Finance and Business Support for the Central District at Forestry England since November 2021. Previously, Matthew held various finance roles at Avon from November 2013 to November 2021, including Finance Director and Head of Finance for Tax and Customs. Matthew's earlier experience includes positions at Grant Thornton UK LLP, where roles ranged from Senior Tax Manager to VAT Manager between January 2003 and October 2013, as well as working as an Accountant at King Freeman from September 1996 to December 2002. Matthew's educational background includes studies at Wreake Valley College and professional qualifications from ICAEW.
