Holly Firks-Matthews is an accomplished professional in the hospitality industry with a diverse background in event management, sales, and operations. Currently serving as Visitor Attraction Manager at Forestry England since October 2023, Holly previously held the role of Group Events and Sales Manager at Accor from May 2022 to September 2023. Holly's experience also includes significant positions at Whatley Manor Hotel and Spa, where responsibilities included both Events Manager and Operations Manager roles, as well as House Manager at Soho House Group and Front of House Manager at The Bath Priory Hotel. Holly holds a degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Portsmouth, complemented by A Levels and GCSEs from Hanham High School.
