Hayley Skipper is an experienced professional in the arts and visitor engagement sectors, currently serving as the Director of Operations - Commercial Visitor Development at Forestry England since June 2019, where responsibilities include generating £29 million in income through visitor centres and leisure activities. Prior experience includes leading the Centenary Culture and Engagement Programme at the Forestry Commission, where significant projects included award-winning installations at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show and the creation of England's largest citizen science survey. Previous roles at the Forestry Commission also involved strategic leadership of national arts initiatives and partnerships, including the establishment of the Forest Art Works programme. Hayley Skipper's educational background includes advanced degrees in Fine Art and a Postgraduate Certificate in Teaching and Learning in Art and Design from the University of the Arts London, along with further training at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
