Melissa Dean is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in member engagement, event management, and marketing. Currently serving as Team Lead for Member Engagement at Foresters Financial since January 2011, Melissa manages remote staff across over 20 markets in the Eastern United States and the UK, focusing on initiatives to enhance member involvement and community contributions. Previous roles include Executive Producer and Partner at Spotlight 360 Events and Promotions, where comprehensive event management is emphasized, and Marketing Coordinator at Prysmian, overseeing advertising and corporate event planning. Melissa's career also includes impactful contributions to major events such as the ATP Men’s Masters and WTA Women’s Open tournaments and large-scale radio events. A graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor of Arts in Business and French, Melissa has a strong foundation in business and communication.
