Lauren Pollak is an experienced leader in customer experience and insights, currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience at Corebridge Financial since September 2022. Prior to this, Lauren held key roles at AIG, including Head of Customer Insights and Impact, where responsibilities encompassed operationalizing customer insights and addressing complaints, and as a VP on the Science team, focusing on evidence-based human capital management. Earlier in the career, Lauren was a Principal at Jump Associates, providing strategy and innovation consulting, and an Adjunct Professor at George Washington University School of Business, developing curricula in product and service development. Lauren's background also includes experience as a Development Coordinator and Program Creator at Space Science Outreach and Research. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Product Design from Stanford University, complemented by minors in French Literature and Physics.
