Crisha Ari has a diverse range of work experience spanning several industries. Crisha currently serves as the Global General Manager at Forested, a position they assumed in October 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Forested as a Sales & Marketing Manager from November 2019 to October 2021. In this role, they played a key role in developing B2C brand awareness and establishing corporate accounts across the US and Europe. Crisha also managed B2C supply chain partner relationships.

Before joining Forested, Crisha worked at Caméléon Studio as a Business Development Strategist & Project Manager from October 2018 to a current unmentioned end date. During their time there, they helped the online boutique grow by focusing on ethical fashion, environmental sustainability, and community development.

In 2019, Crisha worked at Ostudio as a Studio Operations Manager from April to December. Their responsibilities included implementing and managing operational procedures for a coworking art studio and scouting talent for community lead workshops.

In 2018, Crisha gained experience as a Research and Development Assistant at Salad for President, where they designed, developed, tested, and drafted recipes for a cookbook and blog. Crisha also co-produced community dinner pop-ups across Brooklyn at Eastern for More and worked as a Customer Care Advocate at The Marlow Collective.

Crisha's earlier work experience includes roles as a Restaurant Specialist at Mona - Museum of Old and New Art, a Chef at The Mulberry Group, a Sales Representative at Market Lane Coffee, and a Respite Worker at Interchange Outer East.

Crisha Ari obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Physiology & Research Design from Monash University, which they attended from 2011 to 2016. Additionally, they pursued a Dual Qualification in Commercial Cookery & Patisserie from William Angliss Institute between the years 2013 and 2015.
