Mukti Patel, Pharm.D., BSPS, has extensive experience in pharmacy practice, currently serving as a Compounding Pharmacist at Keystone Compounding Pharmacy since January 2023, where leadership is provided to a team of technicians in preparing customized compounded medications. Patel also holds the position of Clinical Pharmacist at Forest View Hospital, responsible for managing medication dispensing and therapy monitoring for inpatients, while collaborating with healthcare providers for optimal medication management.
