Tracy Ferrier is a seasoned development professional with extensive experience in donor engagement, fundraising strategy, and nonprofit management. Currently serving as a Senior Donor Engagement Officer at Forest Trends Association since January 2022, Tracy has previously held significant roles including Director of Core Strategies at Public Broadcasting Service, where strategic fundraising services were provided to over 150 member licensees. As Chief Executive Officer and Regional Chief Development Officer at American Red Cross, Tracy implemented programming solutions and strengthened donor relationships, consistently meeting financial goals. Additional experience includes Executive Director at CCS Fundraising, where capital campaign guidance was offered, and Vice President of Development at WQLN Public Media, focused on community relations and fundraising initiatives. Tracy holds a BA in Elementary Education from the University of South Florida.
