Anne B. Oliver is an experienced architectural historian currently serving in Region 4 of the USDA Forest Service since May 2024. Prior to this role, Anne held multiple positions at SWCA Environmental Consultants from August 2012 to March 2024, including Vice President for the Great Basin and Pacific Northwest, Cultural Resources Program Director, and Principal Investigator focusing on historic preservation and archaeological site conservation. From 1993 to 2012, Anne was the Principal at Oliver Conservation Group. Academically, Anne obtained a Master of Science in Historic Preservation from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Virginia. Anne's educational background also includes attendance at Sewickley Academy.
