Dyrell Williams has accumulated extensive experience in conservation and restoration roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Resource Technician at the Forest Preserves of Cook County since March 2021, Dyrell previously held positions such as Restoration Supervisor at Cardno and Restoration Technician at The Nature Conservancy and Chicago Park District. Additional experience includes a Conservation Internship with Friends of the Forest Preserves and a role as a Biological Field Technician with the National Park Service, where significant contributions included invasive grass removal and equipment maintenance. Dyrell began in conservation as a student intern with the Student Conservation Association. Dyrell’s educational background includes studies at DeVry University from 2012 to 2013.
