Justina Dreschler, RN, BSN, is a dedicated healthcare professional with extensive experience in nursing, currently serving as a Registered Nurse at Redlands Community Hospital since September 2021, focusing on telemetry and ICU care while also orienting new grads. In addition to working at Redlands Community Hospital, Justina has been employed by Forest Home since May 2021, managing emergency situations and mentoring nursing students. Prior experience includes roles at Desert Regional Medical Center, where Justina worked as a Registered Nurse and participated in a Med-Surg Trauma Unit as a preceptee. Justina's leadership capabilities are highlighted by tenure as President of the Students of Nursing Association at California Baptist University, alongside involvement in both the American Nurses Association and the National Student Nurses' Association. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Nursing at Azusa Pacific University, Justina continues to enhance skills and knowledge in the nursing field.
