Cara Kulhanek is an experienced professional in grant management and development. Since September 2009, Cara has been serving as the Grants Department Manager for the Forest County Potawatomi Community, following a role as Grant Development Coordinator at the Potawatomi Community Development Corporation from April 2008 to September 2009. Cara holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Psychology and Statistics from New College of Florida, where studies were completed from 1992 to 1996.
