Matthew Deveney is a seasoned finance professional specializing in the energy transition and industrials sector. Currently serving as a Partner at Forest Avenue Capital Management LP since April 2022, Matthew focuses on fundamental equity long-short strategies in areas such as renewables, hydrogen, independent power producers, utilities, transportation, aerospace, and engineering and construction. Prior to this role, Matthew held the position of Vice President at Stonepeak from August 2019 to April 2022, concentrating on transportation, power, and renewables. Earlier in their career, Matthew worked as an Analyst at PJ SOLOMON from July 2017 to June 2019. Matthew holds a degree from Harvard University and is an alumnus of The Roxbury Latin School.
