Paula Beltran Angarita has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Paula currently holds the position of Head of Customer Success at Forest Admin since February 2023. Before this, they worked at Whispli as the Director of Customer Success EMEA from November 2020 to January 2023, and as a Customer Success Manager from August 2019 to November 2020.

Prior to their role at Whispli, Paula worked at Australiance from October 2017 to July 2019. Paula held the positions of Project Manager | HR & BD, where they led and built a project and Business Development Executive, where they evaluated market entry opportunities and partnered with management to drive business performance.

Paula also has experience as the Co-Founder & COO of SitterConnection.care, an online caregivers provider service, from October 2017 to December 2018.

Paula'searly career includes roles at Royal Canin as an Engineer of Supply Studies in 2016, REV Inside as an International Business Development Executive from July 2015 to January 2016, and Evenpro as an Organization and Logistics Assistant in April 2014.

Furthermore, Paula had an academic tutoring role at Universidad del Rosario in the field of Macroeconomics from January 2013 to May 2013, and worked as a Marketing and Business Development Consultant at OMEFA Foundation from July 2011 to June 2012.

Paula Beltran Angarita's education history is as follows:

From 2019 to 2020, they attended Le Wagon and obtained a Master's degree in Full Stack / Data Science - certified RNCP level VI (European).

Between 2014 and 2016, they studied at Montpellier Business School and earned a Master equivalent in Science of Management.

In 2015 and 2016, they pursued Business Management - Entrepreneurship at the University of Montpellier and obtained a Diploma.

From 2010 to 2015, they attended Universidad del Rosario and obtained two Bachelor's degrees. The first is in International Business/Trade/Commerce Management, and the second is in Production and Logistics Management.

In 2010, they completed English Studies in Bournemouth - England at EF English Live.

In addition to their formal education, Paula Beltran Angarita holds several certifications. In 2019, they obtained a certification in Python for Data Science from IBM. Paula also completed two certifications related to Supply Chain Management: Demand Planning (Sales Forecasting and S&OP) from Udemy in 2017 and Supply Chain Management: A Decision-Making Framework from edX in the same year.
