Charles Glick is the founder, chair, and CEO of Foresight, an insurance company. Prior to their current position, Glick served as Of Counsel at Winston & Strawn LLP, focused on corporate, banking, insurance, and reinsurance matters. Glick also served as the Executive Vice President & General Counsel at Unum, leading a turnaround in the company’s relations with state and federal regulators and realigning legal services to better match the company structure and goals. During their time at Unum, Glick supervised compliance, government affairs, internal audit, and the insurance fraud investigation unit. For over a year, Glick also supervised human resources (90 employees), facilities and real estate (300 employees).

Charles Glick received their Juris Doctor from Yale Law School and their Bachelor of Arts with high distinction from Indiana University Bloomington, where they studied political science and near eastern literature.
