Ibbie Gordon has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. They began their career in 2006 as a Project Manager at Home Connection, where they oversaw contractors, performed system programming, and created customized systems for clients. They then worked as a Project Manager at Rhino Sports from 2007 to 2008, where they were responsible for scheduling, monitoring, and inspecting work on local and traveling projects.
In 2011, Ibbie became a Consumer Electronics Repair Tech and eBay Sales Specialist at ChanX, followed by a role as a Tier 1 Tech Support Agent at Volt (AT&T Uverse) in 2012. At Volt, they provided inbound tech support for Uverse services and assisted with troubleshooting new accounts and upgrading existing services.

In this role, they provided consulting, troubleshooting, installation, and repair services for computer systems, home theaters, audio systems, and more.
