Tina Karlsson is an accomplished professional with a robust background in capacity management and group exercise instruction. Currently serving as Capacity Manager at Forenom since January 2019, Tina oversees day-to-day operations, strategic planning for corporate apartment portfolios in Sweden, and collaborates with local leadership. Previous roles include Head of Sales at Forenom Apartments AB and Area Manager, where Tina focused on business growth and team development. Tina has also worked as a Group Exercise Instructor across multiple fitness organizations, demonstrating expertise in a variety of exercise formats. Tina holds a Master of Science in Management Consultancy & Organizational Change from Birkbeck, University of London, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from London Metropolitan University.
