Dorin Tudoran is currently the Director of the Democracy Fellows Program at World Learning. Previous roles include being an Associate Scholar and Editor-in-Chief at the Foreign Policy Research Institute, as well as serving as the Senior Director of Communications & Research at IFES. Dorin also has experience as the Country Director for Romania & Moldova at IFES and as Editor-in-Chief at MERIDIAN magazine. Additionally, Dorin worked as an International Broadcaster at VOICE OF AMERICA. Dorin received education from the University of Bucharest.
