Courtney Hulse is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in policy advising and geoeconomics. Currently serving as a Policy Advisor at the U.S. Department of Commerce since June 2023 and involved in the NextGen Initiative 2023 Cohort with Foreign Policy for America, Courtney previously held senior roles at Janes, including Senior Consultant and Division Manager. Prior experience includes positions at RWR Advisory Group, where Courtney advanced from Research Analyst to Division Manager, and as Managing Director of Communications at The Fletcher Forum of World Affairs. Additionally, Courtney has experience with UNDP and the United Nations Foundation, as well as internships with the U.S. Department of State and the New York City Mayor's Office. Academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy from The Fletcher School at Tufts University and a Bachelor of Arts from Vanderbilt University.
