Krishna Jha has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Krishna started their career at 3i Infotech Ltd. in January 2015, where they worked as an Associate Software Engineer until August 2019. In August 2019, they joined ForecastEra as a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst. In December 2020, Krishna transitioned into the role of Customer Success Manager at ForecastEra. Krishna has been serving in this role since then, showcasing their strong customer management and problem-solving skills.

Krishna Jha attended Visvesvaraya Technological University from 2011 to 2014, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering.
