Debbie Cross Hooper has over 30 years of experience in Affirmative Action Plan and OFCCP Compliance as a Senior Affirmative Action Paralegal/Analyst at FordHarrison LLP. Debbie has assisted attorneys in preparing over 250 affirmative action plans yearly across various industries. Debbie is also LTC4 Certified Legal Professional with expertise in Office of Federal Contract Compliance Program audits, disparate impact analyses, compensation analyses, and Reduction in Force analyses. Prior to joining FordHarrison LLP, Debbie worked as a Graphics Assistant at SAIC. Debbie holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Kennesaw State University and has completed the Paralegal Certificate Program.
