Gizem Sezgin Oğraş currently serves as a Human Resources & Transformation Services Product Owner and Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Ford Otosan since January 2022. Previously, Gizem held positions as a Senior HR Business Partner for Refrigerator & Compressor Plants and Associate in Training and Development at Beko Corporate from December 2014 to January 2022. Early career experience includes roles as a Long Term Human Resources Intern and HR Intern at Abdi Ibrahim Pharmaceuticals in 2014 and 2012, respectively. Gizem is pursuing a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management at Istanbul University and holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Eskişehir Osmangazi Üniversitesi. Recently, Gizem completed a Certificate in Business Strategy from Harvard Business School in December 2023.
