Jim Baumbick has been with Ford Motor Company since May 1993, where Jim currently holds the position of Vice President, Product Development Operations and Quality. With a background in engineering and various leadership roles within the company, Baumbick has also served as Executive Director of Global Product Strategy and Planning, as well as in various other roles related to product development and quality. Recently, Jim joined CNEXT Partners in January 2022 as a Member of the Executive Leaders Program. Baumbick holds an MBA from Michigan State University and a Master's in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan-Dearborn.
