Dianne Craig is president, International Markets Group, Ford Motor Company effective January 1, 2021. In this role, she is responsible for leading the business unit operations in over 100 countries across Africa, ASEAN, India, the Middle East and Australia & New Zealand. The operations include both dealers and distributor markets. Craig reports to Kumar Galhotra, president, Americas & International Markets Group.
Prior to this position, Craig served as chief executive officer at FordDirect. As CEO, she led the team responsible for bringing together the worlds of digital, data and technology to deliver best-in-class marketing and advertising solutions to Ford and Lincoln Dealers.
Previously, she served as president and CEO of Ford of Canada, leading Ford's operations across the country, including its national headquarters, three regional offices, two branch offices, three vehicle assembly and manufacturing plants and two parts distribution centers. In addition, Craig was Ford’s director of U.S. sales, responsible for all sales, field and distribution related matters for Ford in the U.S.
During her more than 30 year automotive career, Craig has also held a variety of sales and marketing positions, including advertising, product marketing, consumer incentives, field operations and dealer relations, building deep relationships at both Ford Motor Company and with Dealers.
Born in 1964, she holds a BS in Mathematics from the University of New York and a MBA from The Ohio State University.
