Dana's extensive experience in program management and engineering spans work in both North American and international markets, including significant responsibilities in powertrain integration and local market adaptations in Chongqing, China. Prior to Ford, Dana gained valuable expertise at Delphi Automotive Systems, focusing on brake controls and suspension systems, with an engineering education including an MBA from Michigan State University and both master's and bachelor's degrees in Mechanical Engineering.
