Dana Katinas serves as the Chief Program Engineer for Ford Motor Company, overseeing the Next Generation BEV Platform since September 1999. Previously, Dana held various leadership roles within Ford, including Senior Manager for V6 and V8 engine systems, integrating powertrain systems for multiple vehicle lines, and managing program delivery for engines in high-profile models such as the Bronco and F-Series. Dana's extensive experience in program management and engineering spans work in both North American and international markets, including significant responsibilities in powertrain integration and local market adaptations in Chongqing, China. Prior to Ford, Dana gained valuable expertise at Delphi Automotive Systems, focusing on brake controls and suspension systems, with an engineering education including an MBA from Michigan State University and both master's and bachelor's degrees in Mechanical Engineering.
