Balamanikandan Udayakumar is an experienced software and systems engineer with a diverse background in application development and technical infrastructure. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Ford Motor Company since August 2024, Balamanikandan previously held the title of Senior System Engineer at Systems Technology Group, Inc. from December 2018 to August 2024. Balamanikandan's expertise includes web application development utilizing Waterfall SDLC, as demonstrated during a long tenure at Cognizant, where roles ranged from Senior Developer to SOA Support Analyst and Team Lead/Support Analyst. Balamanikandan's career commenced with application development in JAVA/J2EE technologies, complemented by a Master's degree in Software Engineering from Kumaraguru College of Technology, earned between 2000 and 2005.
