Safia Lakhani is an Insights Manager at the Ford Foundation, where work focuses on the intersection of data, storytelling, and social justice. Previously, Lakhani served as a Strategy Consultant and Associate Consultant at Capco, as well as an Impact Consultant at Grameen Foundation, where a 5-year market entry strategy for the Kenyan fashion line Ubuntu Life was developed. Lakhani's earlier experience includes a role as a Student Admissions Representative and President of the Governing Board at Barnard College, a Strategy Fellow at Farm Shop, and a Public Policy Intern at the ACLU of Missouri. Lakhani holds Bachelor's degrees in Political Science from both Barnard College and Columbia University.
