Chance Mullen currently serves as the Mayor of the Village of Pelham, NY, a role held since 2019, overseeing a $16.5 million annual operating budget and previously serving as Trustee from 2017 to 2019. In addition to municipal responsibilities, Chance Mullen has been a People Development Specialist at the Ford Foundation since 2012, collaborating with the Global Director for Organizational Development to implement global strategies across multiple offices and providing leadership coaching. Earlier experience at the Ford Foundation included a role as Department Coordinator within the People & Culture department, supporting key HR leaders. Educationally, Chance Mullen holds a Master of Fine Arts from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Arts from Kansas State University.
