Vera Burggraf is a seasoned coach and facilitator with extensive experience in leadership development and project management. Currently serving as a Coach, Sidekick & Facilitator at ForChiefs Alliance e.V. since April 2021, Vera specializes in empowering leaders to realize their potential through purposeful engagement. As an Executive and Leadership Coach at IntuLead since April 2020, Vera continues to enhance leadership capabilities. Previous roles include Leadership Coach at Bleistahl and Project Manager at Bleistahl Gelsenkirchen GmbH & Co. KG, among others. Vera holds a Master's degree in Management and Innovation from Steinbeis Hochschule and has received coaching qualifications from Coaching Akademie Berlin and Serview, including Prince 2 Practitioner certification. Educational credentials also include a Bachelor of Engineering in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen from Saxion University of Applied Sciences.
