Nicole Diresta serves as the Chief Corporate Affairs Officer and VP, Chief Strategy Officer at Everfox since November 2021, focusing on strategic planning, growth, corporate development, and government affairs. Prior to this role, Nicole was Senior Vice President at Cassidy & Associates from June 2012 to October 2021, where responsibilities included assisting clients with policy navigation and strategic opportunities in federal government interactions. Nicole has extensive experience in government affairs, having worked as a Professional Staff Member for the U.S. Senate Appropriations Committee from April 2001 to June 2012, managing various defense-related portfolios and supporting the Hawaii delegation during the BRAC process. Earlier in Nicole's career, positions included Legislative Assistant to Senator Charles E. Schumer and Congressman Edward Markey. Nicole holds a BA in Communications, Politics, and Law from the University of Rochester, obtained between 1992 and 1996.
