Irma Vaidotaite is an experienced operations leader currently serving as the Head of Operations at BM Digital, a top digital marketing firm, since August 2022. Additionally, Vaidotaite holds the same title at ForceField, a company focused on supporting growth within Web 3.0 ventures, since 2021. Prior experience includes a significant role at Filippo Loreti, where Vaidotaite contributed to product development and operations from June 2017 to December 2021, and served as Head of Operations and Customer Support Team Lead at Tibro from June 2016 to June 2017. Vaidotaite's academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Politics from Kaunas University of Technology, obtained between 2015 and 2019.
